• June 30, 2025: deadline of registration
• May, 2025: sending of the second circular
• June 30, 2025: deadline for abstract submission and payment
• October, 2025: sending of the third circular with detailed informations and conference programme

Payment Conference fee for students is 130 EUR (550 PLN), for other professionals 200 EUR (850 PLN) including the Abstract volume and conference materials, refreshment during the conference, coffee breaks, catering during lunch, conference dinner, and another organization costs.
