Future activities

1. In the next 2022 year, one of our co-leader (Dr Kabi Raj Paudyal – Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal) will be a main chairman of the 35th Himalaya-Karakorum-Tibet Workshop (HKT’2021) in Pokhara (Central Nepal) which will be held at 11-13th March’2022 (1st cirkular) and we will be co-organisers of this event together with our IGCP 710 Project meeting. Additionally, Michał Krobicki as an Editor-in-Chief of the Geotourism magazine will be responsible for printing of materials for this 35th HKT & 2nd IGCP 710 Workshops in this journal;
2. During the 18th Serbian Geological Congress (June 1-4; Divčibare) we will have Special Session of the IGCP 710 Project (agreement with one of the main organiser and member of the Scientific Committee of the Congress – Nevenka Djerić);
3. Alpine Workshop XV & IGCP 710 Project Meeting; Ljubljana, Slovenia; September 12-14 (Michał Krobicki is a member of the Scientific Committee of this workshop invited by the main chair of this event – prof. Boštjan Rožič);
4. Simultaneously with Alpine Workshop the 16th InterRad (International Conference on Fossil and Living Radiolaria; September 12-14 Ljubljana, Slovenia) will be organise by Dr Špela Goričan (President of InterRad Society), who is a co-leader of the IGCP 710 Project;
5. 11th International Congress on the Jurassic System; Budapest, Hungary; August 29 – September 9; Michał Krobicki is a member of the Scientific Committee and will be organise a Special Session of the IGCP 710 (1st Circular, p. 3);
6. PANGEO Symposium; Leoben, Austria; September 10-13; Special Session of the IGCP-710 will be organise by Hans-Jürgen Gawlick (co-leader of the IGCP 710) where Hans-Jürgen Gawlick and Michał Krobicki (leader of the IGCP 710) will be a main chairs of this session (1st Circular, p. 3; Session Program, p. 5);
7. 6th International Palaeontological Congress; Khon Kaen, Thailand; November 7-11 (Special Session of the IGCP 710: Palaeobiogeography of the Western and Eastern Tethys – migration routes and palaeoceanography) (2nd Circular);
